Vacation in luxury at this beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (sleeps 8) on the fantastic five star Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee, Florida.

Windsor Hills is the closest gated resort to Walt Disney World at around 2 miles / 5 minutes drive away - close enough for a trip to the parks in the morning, home for a relaxing afternoon by the pool and back for the evening parades or fireworks! (Or watch them from your private lanai - you have a direct view!)

The facilities on site at Windsor Hills are available free to guests and currently include unlimited use of:
Lagoon style heated pool with waterslide, spa, childrens wet deck, massive clubhouse with sundries shop, cinema, games room, video arcade room & gym. Also a fantastic childrens playground with swings, slides, climbing frames, roundabout, giant chess board etc.                                   

Putting, tennis, basketball and volleyball is also expected to be available from July/August 2006.

Free high speed internet access - both wireless and connected and unlimited free local, long distance and international telephone calls (to 50 major countries) are available to you at the condo during your stay.

You will be staying close to the pool and clubhouse in a beautiful, luxuriously furnished 4th floor (top) condo in a quiet corner unit with the benefit of elevator access and the security offered by a 24 hour manned entry gate. Your condo is not overlooked.

Your family friendly accomodation includes: 27" TV, Playstation 2,  DVD player and portable CD player in the lounge and a 13" TV with DVD in each bedroom. Cable tv is provided in the longe and two of the bedrooms.

The lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded to ceramic tiled floors and we have installed ceiling fan in the lounge. (In addition to air conditioning)

All of the beds have been equipped with luxurious pillow top mattresses for your comfort.

There is also a sleeper sofa in the lounge, providing additional sleeping space if required. 

The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and full range of crockery/utensils. 

Linens and towels are provided (not beach towels) and a washer and dryer are situated for your convenience within the condo.

Smoking or pets are not permitted in the condo.
