Bookings for 10 nights or more will be discounted by 5%.

Please note that until confirmed the above rates are subject to change without notice.

Short breaks of less than 7 nights are subject to a cleaning charge of $70 and in addition, short breaks of 4 nights or less will be subject to a $25 booking fee.

Your booking will be secured by the completion of booking and terms and conditions forms and payment of a $275 non refundable deposit. The  final balance will be due for payment no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. A credit card swipe will be required at check in which is used only in the event of loss / damage or unauthorised late check out. This means, therefore, that payment of a security deposit is not required.

We strongly recommend that suitable travel insurance is taken out as in the event of cancellation, charges would apply. Full details are included in our terms and conditions.
